Is your honey raw and unfiltered?

Yes, all BannerBee honey is 100% raw, unheated, and gravity-strained. This ensures that all the beneficial enzymes, antioxidants, and local pollens remain intact for maximum health benefits.

My honey has crystallized. Is it still good?

Crystallization is a natural sign of high-quality raw honey. To return it to a liquid state, simply place the jar in a warm water bath (not boiling) and stir gently until the crystals dissolve.

How long does shipping take?

We typically process orders within 1-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping via USPS or UPS usually takes an additional 2-5 business days.

What is your return policy for food products?

Due to the nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error with your shipment, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

Can I give honey to my infant?

No, honey should not be consumed by infants under one year of age due to the risk of botulism, as recommended by the CDC and pediatricians.
